View Broadcast Messages

The View Broadcast Messages panel allows providers to view the details of a selected broadcast message. Broadcast messages include topics such as provider rate change information, remittance advice information and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) updates.

• Click to close this Help panel.

a) Click on the Subject of a Message to view it

OR

b) Use the numbers and arrows to Scroll through for more message choices.

OR

c) Click on field headings Date or Priority.

a) A Message Detail panel is displayed with the entire text of the selected message.

b) Additional lists of message records are displayed.

c) Sorts the messages displayed on the Message panel by the field heading selected.
